A        Leave to appeal is granted.

BThe approved ground is whether the Judge at the first trial erred in discharging the jury in relation to all counts in the indictment instead of taking some verdicts and, if so, whether the second trial consequentially was a nullity or gave rise to a miscarriage of justice in whole or part.
