JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

  1. By consent there will be an order for conditional leave to appeal to Her Majesty in Council on the standard conditions as moved, save that the three month period for complying is to run from 19 August 2002.

  2. After hearing counsel we are not persuaded that grounds have been made out to justify an order for stay of execution of the judgment pending appeal.  If the judgment is to be executed, the appellants in this Court shall give good and sufficient security to the satisfaction of the Registrar, for the due performance of such order as the Privy Council shall think fit to make.

  3. Costs to Mr Corry’s clients of $500.
