JUDGMENT OF DOOGUE J

[Outcome Only]

[1]    Application has been made for judicial review of a District Court decision granting a media application by TVNZ enabling them to publish images of the applicant from 4.00 pm today.

[2]    At 3.40 pm Mr Huda attended in Chambers and made an oral application for an interim order staying the District Court decision made on 1 December 2021 until

2.15 pm on Wednesday 16 December. That application is granted.

[3]The applicant shall serve the Crown and TVNZ with the proceedings forthwith.

[4]    The matter shall be listed for hearing at 2.15 pm on Wednesday 16 December 2021.
