JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
These two applications for leave to appeal are dismissed.

REASONS
In each of these cases the applicant, Mr Misiuk, has not progressed matters by the timely filing of submissions. We are informed by the Crown that he has been deported from New Zealand. Neither application has any merit. They are each dismissed, both on that basis and for non-prosecution.
