A           The appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

REASONS OF THE COURT

(Given by Chambers J)

[1]        Mr Paletua’s former lawyer filed this appeal in the wrong Court.  We have no jurisdiction to hear it.  The High Court has.  By consent, we transfer it.  Potter J will hear the appeal later today.
