ANDQUEEN Respondent

Hearing:         30 March 2010

Appearances: M Bullock for Appellant

L C Rowe for Respondent

Judgment:      31 March 2010

RESULT JUDGMENT OF MILLER J

[1]      I indicated at yesterday's hearing that after reflecting on the argument I might deliver a result judgment, with reasons to follow, having regard to the fact that Ms P    has  served a  substantial part  of  her  sentence  and  should have  the opportunity of a further appeal on the application of youth justice principles.

[2]      The appeal against sentence is dismissed.  Ms P   has leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal.  Reasons will follow.
