P v AUCKLAND DISTRICT HEALTH BOARD [2015] NZHC 1311 [10 June 2015]

[1]      I heard Mr P’s application for habeas corpus this morning.  I am satisfied that he was lawfully detained and I therefore refuse the application for issue of the writ. Reasons will follow in writing within the next two days.

[2]      I also record the order I made this morning by consent, suppressing Mr P’s

name and other identifying details on a permanent basis.
