JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
A LEAVE TO APPEAL IS GRANTED.
B The approved ground of appeal is whether the Court of Appeal erred in setting aside the orders of the High Court permanently restraining TVNZ from broadcasting the whole or any part of the video statement made by Mr Rogers and requiring TVNZ to deliver up to the High Court all copies of the video statement held by it.
