| ORDER OF THE COURT |
Conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Council is granted to the applicants on the usual conditions.
Execution of this Court’s judgment is stayed until New World Property Limited has furnished to the applicants a performance guarantee from Citibank Limited in the sum of US$280,000 and otherwise in the form exhibited to Mr Cornell’s affidavit of 20 May 2002.
The parties have leave to apply.
