[1]    Muaūpoko Tribal Authority (MTA) and Rangitāne o Manawatū Settlement Trust (Rangitāne) apply for stay of the proceedings following the CMT judgment

delivered  on  13  June   20251   pending  appeal.     Those parties are supported by Horowhenua 11 (Part) Reservation Trust, and Chris Shenton on behalf of Ngāti Apa.

[2]    Ngāti Raukawa, Te Whānau Tima (Seymour) and Te Ahikā o te Hapū Mateawa and Te Ātiawa oppose the application for a stay.

[3]Mr Taueki of Ngāti Tamarangi hapū abides the Court’s decision.

[4]    The applications for stay are dismissed. The reasons judgment will follow shortly.
