The Court has considered the application made by the first respondent for the recall in effect of part of the reasons for the judgment given on 14 December 2000 and the appellants’ memorandum in reply.  In light of the comments made in the course of the hearing, if the first respondent wishes to pursue its application it may ask the Registrar to make a fixture for it to be heard.
