| JUDGMENT OF THE COURT |
Having heard from Mr Sissons in support of the application and having read the memorandum of counsel for the respondents, there will be an order granting conditional leave to appeal to Her Majesty in Council.
The usual conditions are to apply save for shorter times limits. The appellant is to provide good and sufficient security to the satisfaction of the Registrar in the sum of $2,000 within seven days.
Within two months the necessary steps are to be taken by the appellant for the purpose of procuring preparation of the record and its dispatch to England.
