(a)I make orders in terms of paragraph 1.a. and b. of the plaintiff’s application for particular discovery dated 14 March 2024.

(b)The defendant is to comply with the orders set out above by 5:00 pm on Friday, 19 July 2024.

(c)The plaintiff’s application for an “unless order” and for costs is adjourned.
