ORAL JUDGMENT (NO. 3) OF CHURCHMAN J
[1] Over the afternoon/evening adjournment in this matter, the parties have made progress. It has now been agreed between the parties that certain causes of action in these proceedings are no longer being proceeded with and the schedules to the statement of claim are also no longer in issue.
[2]Both counsel have confirmed to me that as a result of a payment of the sum of
$10,795, which is accepted as being the value of the firearms, accessories and ammunition seized, that the plaintiff now abandons cause of action 12 (which relates to a claim of misfeasance in a public office) and cause of action 14 (which relates to trespass and conversion).

[3] In addition to those causes of action being deleted, the parties have agreed that schedules A and B to the third amended statement of claim are now no longer relevant.
