[1] On Tuesday, 8 March 2022 I heard an application by the third defendant, Zhong Xing who is self-represented, for orders requiring the plaintiffs to provide security to support the undertakings they gave to support the without notice interim injunction issued on 28 July 2021 by Powell J. Those orders were subsequently varied by Davison J on 15 February 2022.
[2] The application by the third defendant was supported by the first defendant and the eighth defendant who were legally represented.
[3]The application was opposed by the plaintiffs.
[4] For reasons which will follow, I am satisfied the application should be declined.
[5]Costs shall be dealt with following delivery of the reasons judgment.
