[1]      In my judgment of 17 September last, I reserved costs.  Costs have now been agreed.

[2]      Accordingly, I make the following orders:

(a)      Costs  against  Jun  Li,  the  applicant  in  CIV-2015-404-1463  and respondent in CIV-2015-404-1876.

(b)For the first respondent, costs $7,805, disbursements $110.   Total costs and disbursements, $7,915.

(c)      For the second respondents in proceedings CIV-2015-404-1463 and the applicants in CIV-2015-404-1876, total cost $10,258, disbursements $650. Total costs and disbursements, $10,908.
