LI V FJT LIMITED HC AK CIV 2011-404-008217 8 February 2012

[1]      This proceeding was called before me this morning.

[2]      Mr  Wilson  appeared  for  the  plaintiff.     He  made  available  to  me  a memorandum signed by counsel for both parties.  The memorandum recorded that the matter has been resolved, and that the proceeding can be discontinued.

[3]      There is no issue as to costs as between the parties.

[4]      At Mr Wilson’s request, I direct that the proceeding be discontinued.  It is not

necessary for the parties to file a formal notice of discontinuance. The matter is at an end, and the file can be closed.
