[1] I have read the memoranda filed by counsel for Vero Insurance Limited and for the Commissioner of Inland Revenue. I direct that the applicant and Peter Willem Johan Paalvast are jointly and severally to pay costs as follows:
a) On the application of Vero Insurance Limited the amount tabulated in schedule A to counsel’s memorandum on costs dated 27 April 2011, in the sum of $3,800.89;
b) On the application of the Inland Revenue Department, the sum of
$3,424.89 as tabulated in the schedule of costs and disbursements annexed to the memorandum seeking order for costs dated 27 April
2011.
