[1]      In accordance with the consent memorandum dated 14 June 2012 I now enter judgment in the following terms:

(a)       There will be judgment in favour of the first plaintiff against: (i)       The first defendant in the sum of $377,534.89;

(ii)      The second defendant in the sum of $244,122.35;

(iii)The defendants jointly and severally in the sum of $55,000 for costs.

(b)       On the second plaintiff ’s claim against the defendants jointly and

severally in the sum of $60,319.25.
