[1]      I refer to my first judgment on costs in this matter dated 25 June 2014.

[2]      Having  received  the  confirmation  referred  to  in  [26]  of  that  judgment, pursuant to s 45(5) Legal Services Act 2011, if s 45 had not affected their liability, I would have made an order that the  First Plaintiffs pay the Defendants costs of
