Judgment is entered for the respondent for reasons to be given in writing later. The respondent is awarded costs in the sum of $2,000, together with reasonable disbursements which, failing agreement, are to be fixed by the Registrar.
The appellant is granted leave to appeal to the Privy Council on the usual terms and conditions; that is, security for costs in the sum of $2,000 and preparation of the record for dispatch to London within three months.
