[1]    I make the following consent orders as sought by the parties in their joint memorandum dated 17 October 2025:

(a)Rachel Miriam Jorion renounces her right to probate of the will of Alain Albert Jorion pursuant to s 53 of the Administration Act 1969.

(b)Letters of administration are to be granted to Stephen Charles Riley of Blenheim, Solicitor, pursuant to s 6(2)(a) of the Administration Act.
