[1]                  The appeal is allowed. EM bail is granted. The appellant is to be released from his current term of imprisonment once the EM bail team has confirmed he can be released to an approved suitable address and on the EM bail related conditions as specified in the 20 February 2018 report. Reasons will follow.

[2]I grant leave to either party to clarify the above order, if required.
