REASONS OF THE COURT

(Given by Cooper J)

1. The Court gave its judgment in this appeal on 6 November 2014.  In a further judgment delivered on 26 November it dismissed the applicant's application for recall.  That is an end of this matter. 

2. For that reason the Court is not prepared to entertain the applicant's still further application of 28 November in which he states “I hereby formally apply for a rehearing again”. 

3. The Court reiterates that this matter is at an end.
