JUDGMENT OF SIMON FRANCE J (Appeal against Order made)

[1]      The appellant wishes to challenge the decision of the District Court to record a not guilty plea on the charges he faces.

[2]      That  decision  does  not  fall  within  the  terms  of  s 115  of  the  Summary

Proceedings Act 1957.  There is no interlocutory or pre-trial appeal process.   This

Court does not have jurisdiction to hear the matter.
