JUDGMENT OF FOGARTY J
[1] This matter was called before me this morning. There was an application by the Community Probation Service for special conditions relating to the two years’ intensive supervision imposed by me on 6 October 2009 and which follows on from rehabilitation at Odyssey House. There was no opposition and counsel for the appellant agreed that what was proposed was very sensible.
