F v R [2022] NZHC 722 [8 April 2022]

[1]    I heard this appeal on 29 March 2022, and received additional information from counsel on 1 April 2022.

[2]I allow this appeal in part.

[3]    I quash the sentence of two years and one day’s imprisonment imposed by the Judge. In its place, I impose a sentence of nine months’ home detention. This sentence is to be served on the conditions of home detention, and the post-detention conditions, identified in the Provision of Advice to Courts report of 4 February 2022.
