[1] Mr E , you have been given another chance, which does not often happen, with Odyssey House - you are either in or out. So I will readmit you to home detention for the balance of the term on the same terms and conditions as those set out by Courtney J on 11 April as follows:
a) On the 15 April 2008 you will travel directly to 56 Bollard Avenue, Avondale in the company of a representative of Odyssey House and await the arrival of the probation officer and a security officer.
b)You will reside at 56 Bollard Avenue, Avondale or at an address approved by the supervising probation officer.
c) You will attend and complete alcohol and drug programmes as directed by the supervising probation officer.
d)You will attend and complete any other counselling as may be directed by the supervising probation officer.
e) You will not associate with any individuals named in writing by the supervising probation officer.
f) Any employment, study or training that you wish to undertake must be approved by the supervising probation officer.
