REASONS OF THE COURT

(Given by Miller J)

  1. Mr Dougherty’s application for leave to withdraw his notice of abandonment of his appeal was called today.  Mr Dougherty did not appear.  He has previously been advised that if he took no steps his application would be dismissed.  We order accordingly.
