JUDGMENT OF FOGARTY J

[1]      The application by Kate Taylor, probation officer, for cancellation of the sentence of intensive supervision on Jeremy Raymond Whall is granted.

[2]      I note that he has already pleaded guilty, on 9 April 2013, to a charge of breach of conditions of intensive supervision.  On 30 May 2013, he is going to be before the District Court for sentencing.  This matter is to be addressed as a re- sentencing in the High Court, following upon the District Court, at a time a time to

be fixed by the Registrar.

DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS V WHALL HC CHCH CRI-2013-009-3657 [24 April 2013]

[3]      He is remanded in custody until he appears in the District Court on 30 May

2013.
