[1]      On 7 February 2011 I invited counsel for the defendant to file a memorandum no later than Thursday 10 February 2011 dealing with the issue of costs.  There has been no response to that invitation.  On that basis I propose to deal with the matter on the information before me.

[2]      I am satisfied that the sum of $11,479.40 relates solely to attendances in respect of which the plaintiff is entitled to claim costs.  I make an award of costs in

favour of the plaintiff in that sum.
