COMMISSIONER OF POLICE v WALKER [2023] NZHC 3833 [4 December 2023]

[1]                 I have read the application on notice seeking restraining orders in respect of the cash located in Ms Walker’s possession and I have read the supporting information set out in the affidavit of Detective Sergeant Smart affirmed on 18 October 2023.

[2]                 I am satisfied that the application is properly made. It has been served, there is no appearance this morning by or on behalf of Ms Walker.

[3]                 I make the orders, as set out in the on notice application of 20 October 2023, accordingly, with reasons to follow.
