THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE V MAY HC ROT CIV-2012-463-641 [11 December 2012]

[1]      The Commissioner has applied for a forfeiture order.

[2]     The application at this stage is not opposed by the respondent.   The memorandum filed by Mr Lawson, on behalf of the respondent, records that Mr May will abide the decision of the Court.  Mr Burt has appeared this morning in a formal way to confirm that.

[3]      I  am  satisfied  that  the  grounds  for  the  order  are  amply  made  out. Accordingly, there will be orders as moved.
