CHRISTIAN v BAIN [2021] NZHC 3236 [30 November 2021]

[1]    I decline to direct the setting aside of settlement privilege attaching to the without prejudice correspondence between Mr Christian, NZME and Mr Valintine in the context of the third defendant’s application to strike out the claims.

[2]    My reasons will be delivered at the same time as I determine the substantive application to strike out the claim against Mr Bain, to be heard on 3 December 2021.
