JUDGMENT OF DUNNINGHAM J


[1]    I have read Dr Mattson’s reports.1 I am satisfied that the grounds are there to make the extended supervision order that is sought by the Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections and which is not opposed by the respondent. I am also satisfied that it is appropriate to make the intensive monitoring conditions, and they are to endure for 12 months.

[2]The extension supervision order is to commence from today’s date.
