ORDER OF THE COURT

1. The Court makes an order for stay of execution of the judgment of the Employment Court on the terms that:

   1.        The full judgment sum remains on deposit in an interest bearing account pending the outcome of the appeal.

   2.        The appeal is to be prosecuted with all due diligence by the appellant.

   3.        The parties have leave to apply to the Court on seven days notice for further directions about the disposition of the funds should the need arise.
