[1]        My judgment of 5 June 2025 ordered that Patricia Joy Draper and Gary Keith Hannam be adjudicated bankrupt. The judgment recorded that the judgment creditor was entitled to costs on a 2B basis, together with disbursements.

[2]        The judgment creditor has now filed a memorandum seeking costs in accordance with 2B scale and disbursements in a total sum of $9,431.70.

[3]        I have reviewed the costs schedule claimed by the judgment creditor. Of the amounts claimed I order costs as sought, with the exception of:

(a)Item 46 – appearance at hearing for second counsel;

(b)Item 47 – supporting party on bankruptcy.

[4]        In relation to the disbursements claimed I grant judgment for the disbursement amounts, with the exception of the PPSR and LINZ search fees in the amount of

$26.90.

[5]        Accordingly, I order the judgment debtors to jointly and severally pay the judgment creditor the sum of $4,780.00 in costs, and disbursements of $3,190.80.
