JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

THE APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL IS DISMISSED.

REASONS

[1]       This application concerns the fixing of security for costs in the Court of Appeal.  The decision of the Court of Appeal Judge reviewing and varying in the applicant's favour the decision of the Registrar was made in accordance with well‑established principles.  The criteria for leave to appeal are not met.  If any question of costs in this Court arises, counsel may file memoranda.
