[1]      I am satisfied that there has been an agreement to serve by email in terms of r 6.7.

[2]      There will be judgment against the first and second defendants in the sum of

$2,900,023.27 together with interest down to today’s date in the sum of $73,402.00.

[3]      There  will  be  judgment  against  the  third  defendants  in  the  sum  of

$2,245,452.43 together with interest down to 3 May 2012 of $53,873.  As well, the defendants will pay costs in the sum of $4,741.60 and disbursements of $1,537.52

and the total is $6,279.12.
