JUDGMENT OF NATION J

[1]                 I have read the statement of claim, affidavit of the plaintiff, interlocutory application without notice for freezing order and memorandum of counsel. I have also seen the undertaking provided by the application.

[2]                 I am satisfied it is appropriate to deal with the application on a without notice basis.

[3]                 I make a freezing order in terms of the draft order dated 21 June 2021 filed with the plaintiff’s documents.

[4]                 The interim freezing order is subject for review in the Duty Judge list on Wednesday 14 July 2021 at 10.00 am.
