[1]      This is an appeal against conviction.   The appeal was called at 10.00 a.m. There was no appearance by the appellant.

[2]      The matter was stood down to be recalled following another appeal.  It was recalled just after 11 a.m.  There is still no appearance by the appellant.

[3]      The file discloses the appellant was given notice of today’s date.  There being no appearance to support the appeal the appeal is dismissed.
