ORAL JUDGMENT OF HON. JUSTICE FRENCH

[1]      This appeal against conviction and sentence was set down for hearing this morning. Counsel, Ms Vidal, appeared. She advised she has been unable to obtain instructions  from  the  appellant,  Mr  B  .    It  appears  he  has  completed  his sentence and is unable to be located.

[2]      Ms Vidal sought leave to withdraw.   Leave is granted and the appeal is dismissed  for  want  of  prosecution,  there  being  no  appearance  by  Mr  B   himself.
