JUDGMENT OF FOGARTY J

[1]      Mr B  , you are charged that on 14 December 2008, you assaulted Isabel

Catherine Sibson.

[2]      [Mr B   indicated a guilty plea to the Court.]

[3]      I will now discharge you.  You are convicted and discharged under s 109 of the Sentencing Act 2002.  You are now free to go.
