B V POLICE HC AK CRI 2007-057-000612  28 August 2007

[1]      Counsel have appeared again on this matter this afternoon.   Ms B   now  intends  to  remain,  at  least  for  a  while,  at  the  address  of  8  Green  Street, Papakura.  Mr Down confirms that that address has been checked by the police and is judged to be satisfactory by them.

[2]      Ms B  , I should warn you that if  you wish to change your address in future you must first seek a formal amendment of your conditions of bail.  Having been brought before the Court for breach of bail once, it is likely that future breaches would result in your remand in custody.  Do you understand that?

[3]      You are now released on bail subject to the existing terms and conditions, including the condition that you reside at 8 Green Street, Papakura.

[4]      The breach of bail which has brought Ms B   to Court on this occasion is to be noted in the Crown book.
