ANZ BANK NEW ZEALAND v BLUM [2014] NZHC 1456 [26 June 2014]

[1]      I have received a memorandum dated 30 April 2014 from counsel for the plaintiff. There has been no response from the defendants.

[2]      I note that Brown J categorised the proceeding as category 3 in relation to costs  in  his  minute  of  11  October  2013  in  accordance  with  the  parties’ joint memorandum.   A normal amount of time is considered reasonable for each recoverable step.

[3]      3B scale costs plus disbursements in the amounts sought are awarded to the plaintiff.
