[1]The application for interim relief and ancillary orders is declined.
[2]Reasons to follow.
[3] The effect of the judgment is that the (adjourned) suspension meeting on 4 March 2025 may proceed. However, I note this does not preclude the parties further adjourning the meeting for an agreed period of time by mutual agreement, if considered appropriate in all the circumstances of this case.
