The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objectives

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the entry to the Sir Colin MacKenzie Zoological Park, the Royal Melbourne Zoological Gardens and to Victoria's Open Range Zoo at Werribee.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 41 and
49 of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act

1995.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2001.

(4)	Full time student (other than a
person referred to in paragraph (3)) on presentation of proof of full time enrolment in secondary school or
