The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Zoological Parks and Gardens (Administration)
Regulations 1992 to increase the charges payable
for entry to the Sir Colin MacKenzie Zoological
Park and to the Royal Melbourne Zoological

Gardens.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 41 and
49 of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act

1995.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
1999.
