The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Zoological Parks and Gardens (Administration)
Regulations 1992 to decrease the charge payable
by a physically or intellectually disabled child
under 16 years of age for entry to the Sir Colin
MacKenzie Zoological Park and to the Royal

Melbourne Zoological Gardens.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 41 and
49 of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act
1995.

3.  Charge for entry to Board properties by physically or intellectually disabled child under 16 years of age

In Schedule 1 of the Zoological Parks and item 3, for "$3.50" (where twice occurring)

substitute "$3.20".
