ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS ACT 1972

ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1997

Made by the Zoological Gardens Board and approved by the Governor in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These by-laws may be cited as the Zoological Gardens Amendment

By-laws 1997.

Commencement

2.      These by-laws come into operation on 1 July 1997.

By-law 24 amended

3.     By-law 24 of the Zoological Gardens By-laws 1975* is amended by

repealing sub-bylaw (1) and substituting the following sub-bylaw —

gardens shall be as follows — (1) Subject to sub-bylaw (2) the charges for admission to the
Children 4 to 15 years of age $5.00
Students (16 years of age and over and
holding approved identification cards) $7.00
Concession (pensioners and any person
holding a seniors, social security
or health care card) $7.00
Individual adults (other than the above) $10.00
Family groups (2 adults and 2 children)
$25.00 ),
